Our occupational therapists work with people of all abilities and ages to keep doing the things they want and need to do through specialised information, equipment and home modifications. They can help you to increase your independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
We can help you:

- Link to support services
- Manage memory loss or confusion
We also run Dementia Carers Support Group for people in Wyndham who care for someone with dementia or a similar condition associated with memory loss. View the flyer .
