How we can help you

What we can help with

Our occupational therapists work with people of all abilities and ages to keep doing the things they want and need to do through specialised information, equipment and home modifications. They can help you to increase your independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

We can help you:

  • Access your community
  • Prevent falls
  • Link to support services
  • Manage memory loss or confusion

We also run Dementia Carers Support Group for people in the City of Wyndham area who care for someone with dementia or a similar condition associated with memory loss. View the flyer .

You may have to join a waitlist. Call us or ask online to register your interest.

    Using this service

    All adults under 65 or 50 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people, including people with disability and their carers, in Brimbank, Hobsons Bay and Wyndham.
