Our approach to care
Who we are
IPC Health is one of the largest providers of community health services in Victoria.
Any person can reach out and, through a single point of contact, connect to a full range of care and support that meets their needs.
Holistic care for our community
Operating from six locations in Melbourne’s west, we aim to break down the barriers between private and community health care. Our diverse range of services focus on:
children, youth and families
older people
vulnerable people
diverse communities
Putting value where it’s needed
We employ over 500 staff, who are committed to working with the rapidly growing areas of Melbourne’s middle and outer west.
We’ll work with anyone who needs us but, due to demand, we may prioritise those who require our services in these areas. Where we can’t assist you, we will absolutely refer you to someone who can.
We believe access should be fair for all, focusing on those who face obstacles to care, regardless of your circumstances or ability to pay.
