What we can help with
Our needle and syringe exchange service provides new, hygienically sealed equipment for you to take away as well as safe needle and syringe disposal. We also have safe sex practice gear and can provide information on a range of topics.
Have a confidential chat to our support worker, based at our St Albans campus, who can also let you know about other services we provide.

Waiting list times
The drop-in exchange service is available during our normal opening hours. Our support worker is available at the St Albans campus at the following times:
Monday: 8.30am – 5pm
Tuesday: 8.30am – 6pm
Wednesday to Friday: 8.30am – 5pm
