If you’re experiencing or at risk of homelessness, you don’t have to face it alone. Our team will work alongside you to understand your health, wellbeing, and housing needs and goals.
We’ll connect you to essential supports, with priority access to IPC Health services, including general healthcare (GP), allied health and dental care, and can help connect you to external services, such as housing support.
