What we can help with

Making positive change can be hard, even when you know it will improve your health and wellbeing. The Living Well team will help you to identify your goals and stay motivated while you adjust to your new routine.

Get help with things like:

  • Healthy eating
  • Being more active
  • Quitting smoking
  • Improving your sleep habits
  • Self-managing health conditions
  • Stress management and relaxation
  • Social connections

Types of support

The team offers one to one personalised coaching as well as small groups so you can make connections and learn with likeminded people.

Book in with the team for face to face coaching sessions. Some sessions and groups may run online. Let us know what suits you.

Group sessions focus on stress management, body positivity, healthy eating, relaxation and self-managing your health conditions. Ask us what groups are running at your local campus.

Waiting list times

You may have to join a waitlist or need to wait until a new group starts. Call us or ask online to register your interest.
