What we can help with

The aged care system can be confusing and hard to figure out. Our dedicated team can help you access My Aged Care and a Home Care Package so you can stay living in your own home for longer with all the supports that you need to live safely and independently.

We can also help you manage your Home Care Package and access the services you need while staying on top of your budget. We’re an approved provider of Home Care Packages and you can use other services as well like occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, exercise physiology, podiatry and dietetics at our campuses or in your home (where available).

Our tertiary qualified care managers are available to answer any questions you have and will work with you to make sure you’re getting the best services and value out of your Home Care Package now and in the future.

We offer choice and flexibility about who will provide your care because we have contracts with many different providers. You’ll never be restricted to one provider and we will never charge you for changing service providers.

Waiting list times

There are waiting times for your Home Care Package to be assigned to you. Once assigned, there is no waiting time for you to sign up with IPC Health.
