How we can help you

What we can help with

No matter who you are or what you’re going through, you’re not alone. Speak to our counsellors for free advice. Talk to us about mild to moderate challenges, including:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Living with chronic health conditions
  • Family and life changes
  • Stress and trauma
  • Challenging relationships, from family to work and beyond

We can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to make changes that work for you – whether you’re weighing up a life decision or want strategies to manage the everyday. 

Types of support

  • Face to face consultations

  • Telehealth

  • Group support sessions

Group sessions focus on family violence, depression, anxiety and social isolation. Ask us what groups are running at your local campus.

Waiting list times

You may have to join a waitlist. Call us or ask online to register your interest.
