• An intake worker will be in contact with you within the next 1-2 weeks to discuss your health needs.

• If we cannot contact you by phone twice, we will send a letter to your registered address.
• Some of our services do have waiting lists. If we are unable to offer you an appointment within the next 4-6 weeks, we will add you to the waitlist for the next available appointment.
• Please let us know if you begin care with another service so we can remove you from the waitlist.
