Workplace Gender Equality Agency: IPC Health Employer Statement

Learn about our commitment to equity
At IPC Health, we are committed to fostering a workplace where all employees, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities to thrive and achieve success in their chosen profession.
The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) is Australia’s national authority on gender equality in the workplace, responsible for assessing and reporting on organisational gender pay gaps and workforce composition. The WGEA provides clear national benchmarks on gender equality, which helps illustrate why understanding our own data is important in strengthening our ongoing commitment to equity.
IPC Health has released an Employer Statement as a result of the data provided to us from the WGEA. The statement outlines our commitment to fostering genuine gender equity and the steps we are implementing to close our identified gap.
