IPC Health differentiates itself by rapidly understanding and adaptively responding to the emerging health and wellbeing needs of some of the fastest growing communities in Australia. We achieve this by collaborating with partners and community to design and deliver tailored services for specific groups, particularly those having trouble accessing services.

We adopt a team care approach that doesn't just treat physical and mental health issues but responds to broader factors such as isolation, loneliness, financial stress, food insecurity, employment and accommodation. Our services focus on early intervention, prevention and empowering consumers to manage their own health and wellbeing.
