From 1 July 2025, fees for some of our services will increase in line with guidelines set by the Victorian Department of Health.

Fees for community health services are calculated based on the Department of Health fee schedule and income ranges . The fees aim to keep community health affordable while covering costs of delivering the service.

Clients who miss their appointment without giving us enough notice will have to pay a $30 fee before being able to book another appointment. The notice period for our GP Clinics is 2 hours and all other services is 24 hours. 

If you can’t attend, please cancel as soon as you can, so we can give your appointment to someone else who needs it.
