Allied Health Fee Update

2 July 2026

From 1 July 2026, the government has new guidelines for how Allied Health fees are set.
Our cost of fees is staying the same. How the fee level is determined has changed.
Concession card = low fee
No concession card = medium or private fee
The level of fee is now based on having a valid concession card and meeting service eligibility criteria. Fees for eligible clients are no longer based on income level.

If you can’t afford the fee, please speak to us.
Changes relate to clients whose fees may be fully or partly funded through the Community Health Program (CHP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP).
More information is available here the Department of Health website .
If you have any questions, please speak to our Client Services team or your clinician.
