We calculate fees for most of our services based on Government guides for Community health services and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People .
This fee estimate tool is not for: For Home Care Packages, Dental services, Child Dental Benefit Schedule or Medical Services like Doctors and GPs.
LOW FEE
You are eligible for the Low fee

- Are a couple with before tax income of $59,802

MEDIUM FEE

Adult
- $31.50 flat fee for an emergency course of care
- Health Care Card Issued by Centrelink or
- Pensioner Concession Card issued by Centrelink or
- Pensioner Concession Card Issued by Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
- $266 if you do not hold a Concession Card. Payment is required before you begin treatment.
Children age 0-12 years
Free for children aged between 0-12
Young People aged 13-17 years
- Free if you or your parent hold a Concession Card
- $266 if you or your parent do not hold a Concession Card. Payment is required before you begin treatment.
General Dental Care
Adult
$31.50 per visit if you hold a Concession Card. The most you will need to pay for a complete general course of care is $126.
Children aged 0-12 years
- Free if you or your parent hold a Concession card
- Free if you are eligible for Child Dental Benefit Schedule
- $38 per child if you or your parents do not hold a Concession card. The most your family will pay is $152.
Young People age 13-17 years
- Free if you or your parent hold a Concession card
- Free if you are eligible for Child Dental Benefit Schedule
Dentures
The cost of dentures depends on the type of denture you need.
$76 per denture. The most you will pay for full dentures is $152.
Specialist Dental Care
If you hold a Pensioner Concession Card or Healthcare Card the fee is dependent on the treatment provided but the most you will pay is $386 for a course of care.
Dental Teaching Clinic
Adult
Free if you hold a Concession Card.
Children aged 0-12 years
Free. No Concession Cards are needed.
Young People aged 13-17 years
Free if you or your parent holds a Concession Card.
People who do not pay fees for dental treatment
- Refugees
- Asylum Seekers
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples except for Specialist treatment
- Homeless people and people at risk of homelessness
- Children and young people up to 18 years of age, who are in out-of-home care provided by the Children Youth and Families Division of the Department of Human Services
- All youth justice clients (regardless of age)
- People registered with mental health or disability services, who have a letter of recommendation from their case manager or a special developmental school
- People experiencing financial hardship
- Children and young people aged 0-17 years who are health care or pensioner concession card holders or dependents of concession card holders except for specialist dental services.
This service provides bulk billed or low-cost services depending on your eligibility.
There are out of pocket fees for procedures and dressings as listed in the table below. These apply to all clients. Eligible clients will still be bulk billed for their appointments. These fees cover the extra costs of the supplies needed for your procedure.

Non-attendance fee
Clients who miss their appointment without giving us at least 2 hours' notice will now be required to pay a $30 fee before booking another appointment. Call us on 1300 472 432 to cancel or reschedule if you are unable to attend for any reason. If you made your appointment online, you can also cancel this via the online booking platform HotDoc.
