Call IPC Health on 1300 472 432 at least two (2) days prior, if you no longer need the appointment, or you are unable to attend or need to reschedule the appointment.
Early cancellation means we can help someone else in need.
What happens next?
- An intake worker will be in contact with you within the next 3-5 days to discuss your health needs.
- We will contact you with a phone call on (03) 7037 2000 or an SMS message from IPC_Health.
- If we cannot contact you by phone twice, we will send a letter to your registered address.
- Some of our services do have waiting lists. If we are unable to offer you an appointment within the next 4-6 weeks, we will add you to the waitlist for the next available appointment.
- Please let us know if you begin care with another service so we can remove you from the waitlist.
