About the project

IPC Health is taking part in the Community Health First (CHF) Data Evaluation Project, in partnership with Monash University.

The project aims to better understand how community health services improve people's health and wellbeing over time.

The research will use information that is already collected as part of your care, including basic demographic information and answers to health and wellbeing surveys. Researchers will use this information to learn more about the impact of community health services and how they support people to stay healthy.

At this stage, only new clients from selected programs will be invited to take part.
