Skills, experience and expertise
Ngaire Anderson is a qualified professional leadership coach, mental health and wellbeing advocate, and an executive with over 22 years’ experience across public (commonwealth and state), private and not-for-profit sectors. Ngaire has pursued a passion for supporting others, leading to a successful career in the healthcare and government sectors, with a particular focus on mental health. Ngaire is currently undertaking a PhD with a focus on mental heath and workplaces.
Ngaire’s roles have spanned clinical (16+ year paramedic), educational (university lecturer), advisory (national and state-level), strategic (government agency jurisdiction-wide strategies), commonwealth policy (mental health), and executive (government, health service, and health finance organisations).
As an experienced non-executive director, Ngaire has held leadership roles including board chair of a public hospital, and various deputy chair and subcommittee chair roles on boards and steering committees across the healthcare, not-for-profit, and government sectors.
