IPC Health is participating in the Victorian Health Experience Survey

The Victorian Health Experience Survey (VHES) asks about clients' experiences with IPC Health to help us understand what we can do better. If you attended an appointment during January and February, you may receive an invitation via email, text or post to fill out the online survey.
We use your feedback to improve our services for the whole community. Participation is voluntary and your answers are anonymous. All personal information is removed and IPC Health will receive only deidentified survey results.
The survey closes on 30 April. If you need help, call the Ipsos helpline on 1800 356 928, weekdays from 12pm to 8pm. Hearing impaired clients can contact the survey provider via the National Relay Service on 1300555727 or via email .
