Sanela is an Executive Coach and Managing Director of Ethical Governance Pty Ltd, a coaching company she established to help her clients enhance leadership capacity and improve ethical culture of organisations.

She has a strong educational background and extensive experience in governance and relationship management, with specific expertise in human behaviour. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Sanela has also served as a Member Engagement Executive with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), helping to assess member needs and provide ongoing professional development support as well as promoting diversity in the boardroom.

Sanela speaks several languages and has a deep understanding of different cultures through living in Bosnia, Germany and Australia. She is very passionate about social justice, equality and inclusion.
