Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies

Our Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies (HMHB) Program helps pregnant women who need extra support to be healthy mothers and have healthy babies.

The HMHB worker will visit you in your home and can give you information and support about:

– Services for your care while you are pregnant

– Help and information for living a healthier life

– Special needs health

– Problems with drugs and alcohol

– Mental health

– Being lonely

– Being homeless

– Family violence

– Money problems

– Bringing your baby home

– Emotional support

How do I get an appointment?

Pregnant women who live, work or study in Brimbank and Wyndham can use this service.

To make an appointment to see a member of the Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies program, call our Brimbank campus on 9313 5000 or our Wyndham Vale campus on 9216 7777.

Can I have an interpreter?

Yes. Ask if you need an interpreter. Interpreters are free.
