Parenting can be rewarding, but sometimes can be hard. We are here to help if you are pregnant or have a child aged between 0 – 8 years of age.

The Child & Family Hub is a collection of practitioners working together to help families with life challenges.

Our practitioners can support you and your family with life challenges like parenting, respectful relationships, finances, housing and social support.

We have a wide range of supports available, please ask about the Child & Family Hub in your next appointment at IPC Health

Meet the Wellbeing Coordinator

Emma is the Wellbeing Coordinator based at IPC Health in Wyndham Vale.

Emma can provide support to mums who are pregnant or families with a child aged between 0 – 8 years of age.

Emma will be available to work with you to link you into your community and help you navigate community services. She can also help you connect with NDIS Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI), provide parenting guidance, and support your family while you are waiting for other services.

Emma can also make referrals to other supports for you and your children. These could include counselling, longer term family support, maternal child health, speech therapy, dietician, or financial counselling.

Community Connect drop-in sessions

Our Community Connect sessions will give you the chance to come along to IPC Health with your children for a fun FREE activity.

These sessions will also provide an opportunity for you to find out more about the support services on offer in the Child & Family Hub.

Community Connect drop-in sessions will occur once a month.
